TraningPeaks is an external free application we use to host the paracommando program.
No! TrainingPeaks offers a premium version of their app, but you can totally access our program for free. The TrainingPeaks app has more functionalities when upgrading to premium, but we have nothing to do with that and that is a purely personal choice. You do not need it to succeed in this training program at all.
Well.. yes. Having a good condition and a good mindset is the base for everything. After that a lot of skills will be required to make you pass, but this training program gives you a pretty good base to build upon!
A basic fitness level is recommended. You should be able to run 40 minutes non-stop before starting.
